
Administrative Assistant needed to -Manage the day to day activities of our website. -This position is remote and will work hours as needed -Number of hours to be worked and pay will be discussed upon hire See duties below
Job Tasks -Assist in the office, with supplies, equipment as necessary while performing general administrative duties -Manage action items from meetings -Coordinating travel arrangements -Assist manager with various assigned tasks -Great with team work, can multitask, able to pay attention to details -Able to problem solve customer complaints or redirect to manager -Proficient at data entry, typing and paying attention to details Communication -Answer phone calls, emails, take messages and respond to emails and messages left by customers -Communicate with the supervisor about customer concerns you cannot handle -Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner, respond time should be less than 2hrs -Scheduling and Organizing -Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating Meetings -Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes Record Keeping -Maintaining, filing system, both physical and electronic and managing database -Document Preparation, prepare presentations as necessary, -Drafting memos, invoices, reports and other required documents
Job skills -Able to perform Administrative Tasks -Must have strong/excellent communication skills, -Must speak English and any other language is a plus -Proficient in Office Software e.g. Microsoft, Excel, Google work space -Must be effective with time management -Must have strong organization skills -You must be 18yrs or older to apply for this position -Have a great customer service background -Have worked with customers for over 2yrs
