
A Construction Laborer supports the construction team by performing a variety of tasks on construction sites. This role involves physical work, including loading and unloading materials, operating basic tools and machinery, preparing sites, and assisting skilled workers. The Construction Laborer ensures the work area is safe, clean, and organized to facilitate efficient project completion.

Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding. Assist skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians with their tasks. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete and asphalt. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas. Transport materials around the job site as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
