
Parkstone & Rowe Consulting is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive Assistant to support our senior sales leadership team. This role is vital to helping our executives stay organized, focused, and prepared by managing administrative tasks, client communications, and sales coordination activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high attention to detail, and a solid understanding of sales processes.
Sales Support & Coordination Assist sales executives with scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing follow-ups Coordinate client communication and maintain up-to-date CRM records Compile and format sales reports, proposals, and presentation decks Track sales targets and performance metrics Help organize and support sales events and meetings Administrative Assistance Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for senior sales team Handle internal and external correspondence Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks Client & Team Collaboration Act as a point of contact between clients and sales executives Liaise with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to support client needs Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications Process Optimization Streamline documentation and administrative processes for the sales team Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organization: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Detail-Oriented: Ability to work with accuracy and minimal supervision Sales Knowledge: Understanding of basic sales principles and customer service practices Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
