Customer Service Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection Answer questions about products, services, pricing, and availability Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with professionalism Sales & Store Operations Drive sales through product knowledge and upselling techniques Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately Merchandising Replenish inventory and maintain visual merchandising standards Set up promotional displays and signage as directed Keep shelves, counters, and store areas clean and organized Team Collaboration Work as part of a team to achieve store targets Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions Loss Prevention & Compliance Monitor store activity to prevent theft or damage Follow company procedures and safety standards at all times Documentation Assist with inventory counts and stock audits Record customer feedback and report issues as needed
